Tomorrow's game
Tomorrow's game
Hi guys.
Woking fan here, intending to come down tomorrow.
Just wondered what the weather's like down there and how likely the game is to be on?
Thanks in advance, and hope to see some of you tomorrow!

Chilly breeze, sunny and 5 degrees at the moment - light snow on Dartmoor but there shouldn't be any problems.
No snow here Stoo, we never get any in Torquay.Stoo wrote: 13 Jan 2017, 10:07 Hi guys.

A lot of rain yesterday but it's clear and sunny today, can't see this game being in any doubt.
Thanks folks, looking forward to a day out in Devon. Not terribly optimistic from a footballing point of view though.
You lot have picked up while we've done the opposite....

Hi Arcadia,
Many happy returns but held up by what? A zimmer frame?
As to birthdays getting in the way, forget it if you are a true fan, I celebrated one of my birthdays at Barnet on that day when Swampy had to watch from tree and my family and I only got in by dint of arriving about two hours before kick off. At half time when all seemed rosy at 3 - 0 one of my daughters got a cake out and we all tucked in (no candles due to H & S or was it because there wasn't enough room for them all?).

I shall be there I've fought off a zimmer for the last ten years but my daughter is special and she's travelling down to see me.gateman49 wrote: 13 Jan 2017, 17:20 Hi Arcadia,

That's very inconsiderate of your daughter, Arcadia. She should have come down on your birthday - not on a Saturday when there's a home match.arcadia wrote: 13 Jan 2017, 21:13 I shall be there I've fought off a zimmer for the last ten years but my daughter is special and she's travelling down to see me.
Stoo - we've had some cracking games against Woking in the last couple of seasons so it's sad to see your team down in the mire. I believe Woking's troubles are the same as ours - financial constraints. As long as you finish below us in the league, I hope you stay up.
