You're not the only one who is still scarred by that experience. It brought back horrible memories of a 0 - 6 drubbing by Argyle and I've not recovered from that either, even after half a century or so.fred wrote: 19 Dec 2020, 19:54 Let's hope for a really good performance on boxing day as I still haven't recovered from that terrible wet day last year when we got hammered!!

Wasn't at Yeovil but agree about Boxing Day 1969 remember that all too well. We had one shot , a Mickey Cave effort that landed on the roof of the net. That bloody milkman scored 4. Can even remember what they played on the tannoy while walking out in a daze - Sugar Sugar by The Archies - hated that record ever since !

I'm happy enough to consider the investment of the stream costs as a donation to your club. Sure the service wasn't great but they did everything they could so I hope plenty of others feel the same and leave you with at least some funds after the game.
Best of luck for the rest of the season.

I was happy to pay £8 for the Chesham stream on Saturday.
It never crossed my mind to seek a refund as Chesham did their level best but as I always say technology is great a until it fails to work!
It is like Electricity we take it for granted until we get a power cut on Christmas Day.
I notice Boreham Wood v Yeovil Town F A Trophy match tonight has been postponed I guess due to a Waterlogged pitch but it could be something else.
