You'll forgive me if I look upon this (Randell) with a pinch of salt the size of Yorkshire. As much as I'd love it to happen, it seems unlikely.Octopus101 wrote: 17 Sep 2021, 10:20 Adam Randell & Rhys Shirley set to sign on loan. Deal done. Announcement set to be usual time.

Randell! hard to believe - but he's still is only 20 and if he is not getting game time and no league clubs are loan calling, Plymouth may feel GJ can continue his development.

Had an exceptional time here and obviously the Gargs trust GJ more than you do.......

After his exploits last season it seemed apparent to all that he was way too good for this division. He played quite a bit in Argyle's pre-season, and has been on the bench in most of the league games.SuperNickyWroe wrote: 17 Sep 2021, 13:09 Why is it???

I trust GJ implicitly, I would just be very surprised if he was loaned out again. I was certain that he'd be in their plans this season.
with that said; if the plan is to loan him out, we make more sense than anywhere, even L2 clubs, because of the history he has with us, the locality, etc. Would love it to be true but..I've been hurt before
Oh, also - I'm very suspicious of accounts that appear to come out of nowhere and drop a bunch of players who are supposed to be coming in. Would be happy to be proved wrong, though!

Highly unlikely - especially since we must be looking for an experienced defender surely?

I have had a look at Adam Randells game time at Argyle this season.
In 6 games he has been on the bench for every game but he has got on as a sub 4 times for about 35 minutes in total.
Very little football actually played so it might suit Ryan Lowe and Adam for a limited loan period to keep the young man match fit
for games as the season progresses.
We can only hope.

Lets be positive and assume that perhaps this was not another wind up by a new poster who has got fed up with people not listening to them under their usual posting name. We have seen this before on the forum and perhaps our moderators may like to consider adding a rider to any new posters comments that they were previously known as. I am not convinced on any of these names. Johnson has now gone back on his origiinal comment that several players were not good enough, wouldnt get game time and would be shipped out, to they are in the last chance saloon.
