Speaks volumes of how low the scottish premier league has sunk when they are poaching our cast offs.

I remember watching a Scottish Cup quarter final last season on BBC iPlayer and couldn't believe how poor the quality was, easily below National League Premier standards and probably worse than half the games I've seen at NLS level.
Remember Ryan Bowman? A few years after he left us he played in two Scottish finals for Motherwell.
