United’s promotion-chasing women take on Bishops Lydeard return to Plainmoor this Sunday, and Season Ticket holders can watch the action for FREE! With United locked in an intense battle for top-spot in the Regen Arable South West Regional Women’s Football League, Torquay’s battle to bounce back to the FA Women’s National League at the first attempt is set to gain further momentum on Mother’s Day, as the side make their long-awaited return to Plainmoor as they face Bishops Lydeard on Sunday, 30th March (2pm KO). The Women’s last visit saw over 400 Gulls fans flock to Plainmoor to sees United secure a vital 2-1 win over Sherborne on their way to securing the SWRFL Premier title, and a similar result this time around will put them in a strong position to repeat that feat. As a thank you to our devoted Season Ticket holders, the Club will be offering 2024/25 holders the chance to purchase one ticket FREE OF CHARGE for this weekend’s Mother’s Day showdown at Plainmoor.
