Gone main board with this due to the nature of appears to be a very serious injury.
Tonights jpt game between Accy and Tranmere was abandoned after 39 minutes after young welsh international player on loan from Cholchester Tom Bender sustained what at first was suspected to be a broken neck.
Tom Bender recieved 30 minutes treatment on pitch to stabilise him before being taken to hospital, hopefully you will join me in wishing this lad well and lets hope it turns out not to be as seriuos as first thought, for a young lad with such a promising career ahead of him.

Not a broken neck as first feared, he is fully conscious in hospital, it was very serious concussion. Hopefully he'll be back playing again ASAP

The gulls are going up
Thank god it wasn't a broken neck, still must have shaken him up completely, hope the lad makes a full recovery very soon.
Maybe one day, Carayol will find London...

Yeah second that oxgull. Must have looked pretty bad for the game to have been abandoned so good to hear its not as serious as first thought.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Wish Tom a speedy recovery. Poor lad, he's only 18.
