Rendell To Rovers

Post by Regiment »

appears Buckle has been going through his old contact list again, and has signed Scott Rendell on loan for a month :-

Meh. Not better than what they already have, in my opinion.

Jesus, does that guy ever have an original thought go through his head?

I thought Rendell was excellent for us when he was here and any L2 manager would take him in an instant.
How we could do with him now :(

We have so many riches in attack Zebroski,Harrrold,McGleish, Anyinsah,Rendell, even Carayol but the trouble is we havent got the players to feed them.It is a bit like the possible extinction of the Polar Bear!!! You can have all the gems up front but if your midfield are going to go sideways, sideways, back and your defence stay on the edge of their own penalty area and cant pass a ball to save their life then you get what we are getting...beaten by very ordinary teams.

Buckle OUT!! hAHA. I understand your frustrations Friendlygas and wish i could say that Buckle will spot the obvious and change things around at the mem but that won't happen. He is too pig-headed. On Rendell, he is a quality player who did really well for us and i liked him. He is a bit languid in style but can finish and is good in the air and holding up play.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
