And he isn't being joined by Shaun North either. He's staying on a caretaker manager. Can't say I'm sad about Buckle's sacking either BTW. Wonder who's in the frame to replace him?

I see that Buckle is now being linked with the Stevenage job.

Suppose that he did more than his bit in getting Stevenage promoted with his trips up the M5 during our play-off preparations.

If he gets the job then expect Zebroski and Co to follow him, wonder if he'll take Shaun North? It'll be just his luck to land on his feet and take them up .. Although seeing as Stevenage are pushing for the Play-Offs the pressure will just be the same as it was at Rovers, so if results decline for him again then I can see him being back in non league before long .. We can wish anyway.
Dreaming Of Promotion ..
What a refreshing change to hear of a League 2 Manager who is no doubt very ambitious but is still learning his trade, but works for a small but well run club with a supportive board who are ambitious but not prepared to chuck money around like there's no tomorrow and who are in with a very decent chance of promotion to League 1 probably via the play offs (sound familiar??????) .... turning down the "basket case" job that is Manager of BRFC !!!! Well done Paul Peschisolido, full credit to you.
