We all know by now performances have been inconsistent, no need to labour that point any more, Tuesday we entertain Farnborough at Plainmoor , currently Torquay are sat in 6th while our visitors 8th with 2 points separating the sides.

However when you dissect down to Torquay's home record against Farnborough away record the Gulls will start this game as favourites, which of course means nothing, Farnborough currently have picked up 10 of their 11 points at home, with a draw away at Dartford, whilst Torquay have won 2 of our 3 home match's.

I will take a scruffy goal winner in this game, in exchange for a performance will the right desire and consistency.

Why are the performances inconsistent? - I would say they are very consistent ie we are normally outplayed by the opposition.

That said - take a look at the highlights of their 3-1 defeat at Truro. They are shambolic and their defence is worse than ours. This league is awful and our pathetic performances so far have been a disgrace.

Based on those highlights if we cant beat these it really is time for Johnson to go.
