Moxey: how does he make the game look so easy.
McGavin: now here's a first - thought he steadied the ship and his passing let the game flow
Tomlinson: he's had his critics but thought his performance was solid
Ash: runs the channels well
Jarvis: score goals you get a vote.

Jarvis-intelligent passes, never seems to waste a pass. Non stop running, even coming back to help out. Gets manhandled every match. Two goals.
Mcgavin great mental fortitude to play like that after the cheers when he was subbed last home match. I thought he was finished as a Torquay player, but he was committed in tackles and his passing opened up options and helped us flow. Much much better.
Moxey - calming influence, doesn't run around but positions himself well.
Jenkins Davies - looked more assured.
Ash - has fed off scraps all season. A few moments of promise between him and Jarvis. Four goals each is a good return seeing how we've played.

Aaron Jarvis. MOTM because his goal before half time was so important after which we never looked like loosing.
Tom Lapslie. An absolute little terrier.
Dean Moxey. A joy to watch every game. Just a different class despite those ageing legs.
Brett McGavin. A much improved performance from the young man. Well done Brett.
Ross Marshall. Is becoming a real threat going up for corners. Much improved of late.
Only 5 I know but Brad Ash showed some lovely touches and I back him to score 15 goals minimum.

Jarvis - becoming the talisman. Drops deep to receive the ball (almost Kane-esque), scores goals.
McGavin - was surprised when he started (I too, had dismissed him entirely) but he had a very tidy game. Nobody disputes he he has ability, but too often his lack of mobility lets him down. In last night's system that wasn't exposed. Encouraging
Ash - A livewire. Always working, always harrassing. Lovely bit of skill and the left second half - turned two defenders inside-out - shold have resulted in a goah. His goal was testament to the partnership he and Jarvis are forging.
Lasplie - Same old Lapslie. He'll get booked a lot, but commitment never questioned and a very decent 'water carrier'
Tomlinson - lovely pass for the opener, got his head on a lot. Seems to be improving.
