Lady Luck shine on us for a change! Failing that, let the ref become a homer!

Dissapointing not to hear the family stand has sold out yet,
come on people, we still have a chance to get to wembley!
and if the atmosphere is p*ss poor that will p*ss me off some more!
rant over.

We won't sell out but anything under 3,500 is p*ss poor to me. Cheltenham may bring 4-500 (best guess) if that. I would have gone but my boss is away and I've got to cover her shifts so I'm resigned to the sofa and sky.
As for the game, I had a dream we won 3-1, which would mean extra time.
In all honestly, I think we will win 2-1 but bravely miss out. We're due a good performance and now would be a brilliant time to do so!!

Na, na na, NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, TORQUAY!
They have sold 550 tickets according to their O/S , expect they will sell a few more Wednesday, with a few pay on the day, so think it will be closer to 700.tktufc91 wrote:We won't sell out but anything under 3,500 is p*ss poor to me. We won't sell out this game, but all the fans need to make Plainmoor shake on Thursday! We need to give the players as much support as possible and hopefully we can send the Cheltenham fans back to Cheltenhamshire unhappy! IMHO I don't think we will get through to Wembley, but if we get an early goal, anything can happen.

Even though the lads weren't exactly showing it at the weekend, I still think the result would have hurt them in their hearts. Maybe, for them, it was like one of those days where you go into work with a heavy cold - able to function, but only on autopilot.
Come tomorrow night, I think we'll see a different team altogether.
Cheers

Rather like the second half at Hereford. It was a different team (literally) that come out and within 10 mins or so had scored 2 Just what we need tomorrow night then who knows, Wembley could beckon after all and as its only 10 minutes down the road for me ........Bring it on!Northumbergull wrote:Even though the lads weren't exactly showing it at the weekend, I still think the result would have hurt them in their hearts. A repeat performance of our second half at Hereford woul be brilliant. I actually feel more confident today that we can do it. If we get the first goal, Cheltenham will panic. If we don't, well, let's give it a right go and go out of the 2011/2012 season with our heads held high. Win or lose this has been a fantastic season for us and we should not forget that. Hands up if you thought we would be fighting for promotion last August. Not me!northharrowgull wrote: Rather like the second half at Hereford.
