I do not think clubs can put fixtures back but can with the leagues permission bring them forward. Bringing WSM forward would leave a long gap without a home game.
Numptes post was misread, I thought the 12th was November but of course it is actually October! So it would be brought forward and NOT back. Sorry I did not read it correctly. Therefore Salisbury CAN (with the agreement of the league and themselves) play on 12th OCTOBER.
As stated above Salisbury are playing Hornchurch on 12th October in the scheduled league fixture after Hornchurch were knocked out of the FA Cup last night.
I guess the default position is no game (as reported in the H&R match summary on DevonLive) unless we hear otherwise, which at this stage feels unlikely.

Shame we couldn’t have arranged a friendly with our Warnock connection, even if only Crystal Palace’s thirds.
I agree, I do not think these gaps will do us any good no matter how much training we do, even Wotton said after the hampton game he thought we looked leggy, there is no substitute for competitive matches.
Maidstone did win today, but the next round is on Saturday, 2nd, November and if they draw their game the replay would probably be on Tuesday, 5th, November.
