Sonny Cox got regular game time at Exeter last season and is still under contract there. I doubt he will be going anywhere soon.

So would Harry Kane but I don't expect either to play in the National League South.

Who knows - I guess it all depends what offers he gets. Hes left Yeovil so he's only been playing one division higher than us. Had a few injury problems.

As for Cox he made 14 appearances last year and scored 1 goal. Whether that is regular gametime or not is debatable. I doubt whether being on a contract would necessarily make alot of difference.

Probably more to do with whether he still figures in the managers plans or not. Given that his two year contract was his first one I would doubt that it was a big money one either.

Wouldnt rule it out myself but who knows. Heard a couple of rumours its him but I dont know.

Kite was playing for Yeovil just to get a few minutes to try to regain his fitness after injury. Suited both parties. At the end of the day, it boils down to ambition and money, and maybe personal circumstances. Time will tell, I guess.

Apparently we went in for kite last season. The Matt Jay connection could prove useful

Cheick Diabete , Harry Lee, Mitch Beardmore , all free agents with big sell on potential in the future. A no brainer if we’re serious about developing young talent who would all figure in our first team .

Hard to explain just how much I detest the endless crap AI imagery being put on the internet now.

Same here, those awful AI pictures of couples from 50 years ago and now, normally on the exact same bike, the ones people post of celebrities on their birthdays (although it's normally the wrong date, wrong age) and they've aged a picture of them from years ago, looks ridiculous.

Used to be photoshopped images, now this crud.

Anyhow, I guess the post from the club about some new player news was either to drum up interest or else they didn't actually sign for us.

Gone to Gloucester City - given up the F/T pro-game and gone part-time to concentrate on his business.
