You said "go into work and tell your boss youre not going to work hard as its first day back".
Howe always works hard.

Anyone who thinks Rene Howe does not work hard on the pitch can only have the mind of a mad man, he never gives less than 100%

See brucie predicts right again.
Great confidence booster for Pokey after a few shaky moments per season. The goals will come, and it sounds like we still have a decent defence. Great start to build upon!
Played much better second half. Both sides had chances and both keepers had to do some work. Fleetwood probably still edged it but we looked solid. Saah and Downes will be a fantastic partnership.
Not sure what Ling was going for with Cruise playing on the left, but it didn't really work. Looked a lot more dangerous with Macklin on the pitch, so hopefully we'll start the next 2 home games with him. Morris did an ok job in the Eunan role, Lathrope his usual low-key but effective performance. Rene got no service or support against a centre back who was a bigger lad than himself. Poke looked a little nervous and hesitant in dealing with balls to the edge of the box, but his shot stopping was exemplary and his cross-handling improved as the game went on.
Overall a solid start - had the feeling that today was a game between two of the top 10 contenders, so to come away with a point is a positive.
